I have bought more automobiles than I can remember. I have dealt with sales people all over Louisiana and Mississippi. I had sales representatives say anything to get a sale. Like “you would look good in this 4 X 4 truck”, and it was actually a 2 wheel drive. I went to Daniell Motors looking for a vehicle with the attitude that I would be dealing with your typical sales rep. Boy was I wrong. Frank made me feel like it was about me. He answered almost every one of my questions, and the ones he couldn’t answer he made sure someone there could. He didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear. That’s when he introduced me to Breck, another highly respected man by me. I decided to buy my truck from them and drove it off the lot. Months later I had a small problem and called him for a question. Ladner family
When you come to Daniell Motors, you will notice we cater to families. As 9 year old Trea Ladner put it, “People are nice--not pushy.” He came with his mother to buy the truck that his father found for them on the internet. That sounds normal, until you find out that his father found the truck while serving as a soldier in Kosovo. Trea was very involved in the buying process, helping his mother check out the dealership. His positive comments included the shine on the showroom floor and the vehicles on display. When asked what he liked about Daniell Motors, Trea said, “Everyone had smiles on their faces, and you can tell they really like cars.”
